The scales are printed on rigid vinyl plastic and feature exceptionally sharp division indicators. They also feature a glare-free finish for photographing in most lighting conditions (0.040" thick). Black on white on one side, white on black on the other.
To ensure the accuracy of our forensic scales, Sirchie inspects, measures and verifies them using standard rulers that are calibrated annually.
